Hitting the snooze...or the gym


It can be quite a challenge trying to get out of your bed in the morning to head to the gym for the good cause of a healthy and sexy body, especially when it's cold outside, your bed is convenient and you didn't have as many hours of sleep as you would have wanted. But...here's a tip that may well prevent you from hitting the snooze button!

Knowing that someone is waiting for you and will hold you accountable when you show up late (or not at all) can really make the difference between dreaming on like a baby and putting on your gym-wear!

But how to find someone willing to meet you at such insane early hours? And what kind of partner should you look for anyway? Lovers are not always that loving at five in the morning...

Well, why don't you combine this with a girl you've met in your dating-gaming? You can choose a girl who is somewhat difficult to get, but at the same time very willing to be friends with you -and= looking for some sporty activity. You may even have a girl in mind who already goes to the gym every so often morning and propose to meet her up in the gym on fixed days. This way you hit two targets in one and yes I'm pretty sure that the one experience compliments -and- advances the other!

Call it gym-dating or whatever you can come-up with yourself...turn it into a regular routine and benefit double!
